  1. Call / WhatsApp every new lead within 24 hours.
  2. Write a note after every contact — what was said.
  3. Always set the next follow-up date (max 30 days ahead).
  4. Never promise profit or guaranteed returns — say “trading involves risk”.
  5. Never ask for the MT5 password, OTP, card or bank details.
  6. Use only official KAVIX channels (support@kavixai.tech / official WhatsApp) — never personal e-mail.
  7. Respect “not interested” and no-consent leads — reply only, no cold messages.
  8. No exporting or sharing lead data.
